We all want to leave a positive mark on our community. Now you can literally leave a positive mark on your Library’s front steps! By purchasing a custom-engraved brick, you can both support Johnson City Public Library and commemorate someone or something important in your own life. For $125, we will install a brick with an engraving of your choice on the steps of the Library’s main entrance on West Millard Street.
You can purchase a custom brick here. We also have physical forms at the Library; call (423) 434-4463 to pick one up.
Library Director Julia Turpin says, “Each brick tells the story of a community of supporters who help ensure Johnson City has a world-class public library. Purchasing a brick is a wonderful way to demonstrate your support for our Library and honor someone or something you care about.”
Featuring up to three lines of text and up to 20 characters per line (including spaces), your custom-engraved brick can be dedicated to a loved one, a friend, a graduating class, or anything else important to you. All funds from brick purchases go to the Library’s collections and programs. That means you’ll be helping us in our mission to provide entertainment and learning opportunities for the community.
The bricks cost $125 in honor of the Library’s recent 125th anniversary. This opportunity will go away soon, so don’t miss your chance to leave your mark!
