Print, Copy, Scan, and Fax

We offer printing, copying, scanning, and faxing in the Computer Center on the Library’s second floor. If you encounter problems with these services, please ask for help at the Information Desk.

Printing and Copying

Printing or copying on 8.5 x 11 in. paper costs $.15/page for black and white and $.50/page for color. You can pay with coins or $1 bills.

Scanning

We have multiple methods to scan documents for free. Please ask at the Information Desk for help determining what scanning method will meet your needs.

Faxing

We also offer self-service faxing. You can send up to 15 pages at $1.75 for the first page and $1 for each additional page for faxes sent within the U.S., Canada, or the Caribbean. The fax machine is provided through the third-party FaxScan24. You’ll need a credit or debit card for payment. Any additional questions should be directed to FaxScan24’s customer service at 1 (888) 271-5666.


Curbside Pickup Print Service

If you would rather pick up your print job at curbside pickup, use the form below to send your documents to us. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be ready at curbside. We will send you an email when your print order is ready.

Printing on 8.5 x 11 in. paper costs $.15/page for black and white and $.50/page for color. Library staff will contact you regarding the amount you owe for your order. Please bring exact change if possible. If you pay by credit card, there is a minimum charge of $2.00.

How Do I Print?

Use the form below to submit your file. If you have more than one file to print, resubmit this form for each one.

If you prefer direct email, send your document as an attachment to Adult Services at phoneroom@jcpl.org. Be sure to include in the email your full name, whether you want color or black and white, how many copies, and any other special printing instructions.
