As a JCPL patron, you can borrow items* from our library and from other area libraries in our Organization of Watauga Libraries (OWL) Consortium. Log in to your account at the top of the screen and search for a title at the Johnson City Public Library or any other library in the OWL Consortium. Follow the steps after clicking on “Place Hold,” and we will notify you when it is available.
*Certain items may not be available to borrow through our courier system, such as DVDs, audiobooks, and new titles.
