Each year your Library takes time to look back at the last fiscal year and thank the people who donate their money, time, and energy to help us continue serving the community.

When reflecting on the Library’s work in 2022-2023, the phrase that comes to mind for us is “experimentation and growth”. As the population in Johnson City has continued to grow, we have worked to adapt our programs, collections, and spaces to fit our community’s needs.

To do this, in 2022-2023 we re-evaluated and experimented with the kinds of programs we offer. We expanded our collection into new areas and added more items to our physical and digital collections than ever before. We also refurbished areas in our building based on user feedback.

Read our 2022-2023 annual report to learn more about the exciting things we did with our programs, collections, and spaces in the last fiscal year.
