*Curbside pickup will be closed on Wednesday, November 11 for Veterans Day, and reopen on Thursday at 11 a.m.*
Your Library offers contact-free curbside pickups so you can still enjoy our books and media while the Library’s building remains closed.
How does curbside pickup work?
- Place holds on items you want to check out. You can do this by searching the catalog on our website or calling (423) 434-4450.
- We will notify you by text or email when your items are ready for pickup.
- When you arrive at the Library, follow the directional signs to the designated curbside service parking spots. Call (423) 434-4455 when you have parked.
- A staff member will come out to your car with your items. Please stay in your car and unlock or pop your trunk. The staff member will place your items in the trunk and close it. A receipt is included with the items’ due dates.
