Your Library’s curbside pickup service is open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-6 p.m. and Saturday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
To use curbside pickup, place holds on items you want to check out by searching the catalog or calling (423) 434-4450. You can put up to 15 items on hold for curbside pickup.
We’ll email you when your items are ready. Holds placed on items that are in our Library are often ready the same day. However, many factors can affect how soon an item is available. Place your holds before 4 p.m. on weekdays if you need the items right away.
When you arrive at the Library, park in the designated curbside pickup spots and call (423) 434-4455. A staff member will bring your items out.
Print Pickup Service
If you’d like to pick up your print jobs at curbside pickup, fill out the form below and upload your file. If you have more than one file to print, submit a separate form for each one.
Please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be ready. We’ll email you as soon as it’s done.
Printing on 8.5 x 11 in. paper costs $.15/page for black and white and $.50/page for color. You’ll pay for your order at curbside pickup, so please bring exact change if possible. If you pay by credit card, there is a minimum charge of $2.
