Johnson City Public Library Fund

The Johnson City Public Library (JCPL) Fund is an organization endowment fund with the East Tennessee Foundation (ETF). It is a permanent fund established by private donors for its benefit; annual grants from the fund are made only to Johnson City Public Library.

Contributions of any asset of value can be made to the JCPL Fund now or in the future, including (but not limited to): cash, unencumbered real estate, privately and publicly held stock, publicly traded securities, retirement accounts, life insurance, bequests under wills or trusts, charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, promissory notes, and tangible personal property.

Contributions are tax deductible to the full extent allowable by law.

ETF is a 501(c)(3) public charity and community foundation created by and for the people of East Tennessee. It operates as a collection of hundreds of distinct funds and supporting foundations. ETF is governed by a volunteer board of regional leaders and managed by a professional staff. Under the watchful eye of the board and staff, assets are invested and grants are made.
